Nearly 200 Thousand Doses of Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine Arrive in Cambodia

Another batch of vaccine from the Covax facility has arrived in Phnom Penh International Airport on Sunday evening. A total of 188,160 doses of the Moderna vaccine were received by the Ministry of Health's Secretary of State, Yuok Sambath together with WHO Representative in Cambodia Dr. Li Ailan and UNICEF Representative Foroogh Foyouzat. 

The Moderna vaccine manufactured in the United States will be added to the over 30 million vaccines used in the vaccination campaign in the kingdom. As of Saturday, Cambodia has already vaccinated 88.30% of the total 16 million population.
